Our policy lasts 30 days: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you an exchange.
EXCHANGES: We are happy to replace items if defective or damaged with the same item. If you have any issues with your purchase, please send us an email at melissa@bebemilestones.ca. We do not offer refunds at this time – thank you for your understanding.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
